Audit the CI/CD pipeline and overall build health of this repository.

Review:

1) the CI configuration and triggers,
2) build, test, lint, and deploy stages,
3) how long the pipeline takes,
4) whether tests run in parallel or have caching,
5) whether the build is reproducible,
6) whether required checks protect branches,
7) whether secrets are handled safely,
8) whether failed jobs are actionable,
9) whether there are redundant or flaky steps,
10) whether documentation of the pipeline is up to date.

End with:

- a health summary,
- the biggest bottlenecks,
- recommended CI improvements,
- any security or reliability risks.

Do not modify CI files. Provide the audit as a report only.
